Conference fees

The basic conference fee is €150. A higher fee is charged for registrants after April 2011.

(1) Presenters must pay their registration fee before 1st June 2011. If not, the presentation will be cancelled.
(2) Participant who attends the Conference without being a presenter.
(3) Person invited by a participant, who is allowed to attend the social events but not the sessions.
(4) Exhibitors must pay the registration fee before 1st May 2011. Exhibitors who want to attend the presentations must also register as participants.

Participants, exhibitors and accompanying persons can book lunches, Breughel dinner (Tuesday) and other social events on the registration form, but these are in addition to the registration fee.
The online-registration will be open in February 2011

Social events

  1. The Opening Reception is included in the fee for participants and accompanying persons.
  2. Conference participants and accompanying persons are invited to a Reception hosted by the City of Mons on Monday.
  3. Conference Breughel Dinner (on Tuesday night) – not included in the Conference fee.

Proceedings

The proceedings will be published on Cdrom on a subscription basis (12 euros, shipping included).

Texts will be due for Nov. 15, 2011. They will pass peer-review process.

Bilingual versions (in any language) will be accepted. Some texts will be selected by a reading committee (IDEC and ABLF members), translated into French if needed, and published in the scientific journal of ABLF, Lettrure.
