On-site registration

Prepaid registration is now closed. Presentations not covered by a prepaid registration have been cancelled

Attendees wishing to register for the Conference may do so on site, at the FORUM of the Grands auditoires of the Umons Campus, Reception desk, starting on Sunday, July 31 at 2:00 p.m. Registration hours will continue on Sunday through Wednesday.

Conference fees

The basic conference fee is €150. A higher fee is charged for registrants after April 2011.

(1) Presenters must pay their registration fee before 1st June 2011. If not, the presentation will be cancelled.
(2) Participant who attends the Conference without being a presenter.
(3) Person invited by a participant, who is allowed to attend the social events but not the sessions.
(4) Exhibitors must pay the registration fee before 1st May 2011. Exhibitors who want to attend the presentations must also register as participants.

Participants, exhibitors and accompanying persons can book lunches, Breughel dinner (Tuesday) and other social events on the registration form, but these are in addition to the registration fee.
