Conference proceedings
BELFRA plans to publish an edited CD-ROM of papers delivered at the 17th European Conference on Reading. Presenters are invited to contribute a chapter to the publication. We would like to receive your papers by November 15, 2011.
These papers will be peer reviewed. If the language you will use is not your first language, we strongly suggest that you consult an expert to edit and proof your paper before submission. BELFRA reserves the right to copy-edit all papers submitted for publication. Any substantive changes that are required will be carried out in consultation with the author(s).
Presenters submitting a paper should do so on the understanding that copyright in the paper (chapter), including the right to translate and reproduce the paper, shall be assigned to BELFRA, who will not refuse any reasonable request by the author/s for permission to reproduce any or all of their contributions elsewhere. Some texts, already published on the CD-ROM, will be selected by a reading committee (IDEC and BELFRA members), translated into French if needed, and published in one of the journals of BELFRA – Caractères (paper quarterly) or Lettrure (online – www.ablf.be – in bilingual versions for the translated texts).
