Equipment
IT & AV
Presenters are advised that each session room will be equipped with the following IT/AV equipment:
- Laptop PC (powerpoint 2010)
- Data projector and screen
Possibility to connect audio speakers : if need be, please contact the help desk before your session.
The amphitheatres Van Gogh, Curie, Gütenberg, Vesale 20, 23, 25 are equipped with DVD players. The DVD must be in PAL format.
There is only a WI-FI access to the Internet in the 3 great amplitheatres:
- Van Gogh
- Curie
- Gütenberg
Code provided in the programme.
Presenters may not plug their own laptop into the conference data projectors.
All presenters are responsible for ensuring that their presentation is compatible with the software powerpoint 2010.
Additional software may not be installed by users.
Presenters are advised to arrive at sessions in good time to copy their presentation onto the laptop, and to check that it works correctly.
